The price is perfectly fine for what they are....I actually wouldn't buy them if it was something like $10-15, they are suppose to be more collectible then toy. (hence recommended age is 15+) most of the costs goes to developing and designing. The materials in these items costs maybe a few dollars mass produced. Just like Anime Blu-ray disk, are they really worth 6000yen+ each? to many, (including me) no. but there is a reason....well theres a reason for everything that is priced. whether its to meet demand, or for prestige image. If they are able to sell the items at the set price, then it is not overpriced, as overpricing means supply higher then demand while quantity demanded is low. Just think....why would you buy a psp at retail sony store for $199 when you can easily buy them online for $20-30 less for the exact same thing? I don't have many nendoroids, Im more of the full scaled figure person.

Someone needs to compare Good Smile's (full size, not petit) nendoroids to Max Factory's figmas. They're the same price, why not see which one is more worth your money?
Of course, I can't. Need to get my hands on a full-sized nendoroid first. All I have are a bunch of petits and an Asakura Ryoko figma.

I saw those in person a while back. If the L was cheaper, I would get that one without a second thought.

I do admit that they are cute. I can't deny the fact that Hetare Saber is adorable. If the prices were drastically slashed to about $20 US (10 Pounds), I might consider them.

Glad to hear that you enjoy your purchases though. GSC knows the market is there so they can get away with those prices.

They are WAAAAY overpriced for what they are. But you can't help admitting they're cute right? In the UK Nendoroid's sell for round about £20, sometimes more, and bigger figures USUALLY cost more. Like £30-up(I get alot of figures when the prices have gone down lol - Sana Horiuchi for £23, Bargain!!!)
My dear little L is soooo adourable though! And with his little chair too!! I don't regret spending £26 on him!!

I can't be the only one who thought 'bowling pins' when I saw those.
