Here’s my short list of manga that I’d like to see get anime adaptations. I don’t feel like writing an exposition for this article, so just click the jump to see my picks.
Enchanter
The archetypal fanservice action show, Enchanter stands to be a decent show. My enthusiasm for Enchanter isn’t too high, but it certainly has enough content for a full season at the very least. Also, Eukanaria is hot.
Mobile Suit Gundam: Ecole du Ciel
Hey, remember when Gundam shows used to be good? That can be hard to remember since the last good one, Turn A Gundam, aired such a long ago. The franchise desperately needs to return to the UC timeline, and Ecole du Ciel is the perfect candidate.
Still in publication with ten volumes, Ecole du Ciel follows the exploits of a young genetically enhanced newtype, Asuna Elmarit, from her humble beginnings at the training academy through the events of the Zeta timeline. Chances are low that this will ever get animated, because Ecole probably won’t get the same ratings as the recent Gundam crap.
Muhyo and Rouji’s Bureau of Investigation
It’s only a matter of time until this gets animated, since many recent Jump titles have gotten their own anime; The only question is when it’ll happen. At 18 volumes, Muhyo could easily be a 52 episode series with some filler to stretch out the run.
My Balls
This borderline ecchi/hentai manga is good material for a hentai OVA. Basically the main character, Kohta, has the queen of hell sealed into his balls. He must refrain from “releasing” for an entire month or else the world will be destroyed. You can probably guess that the queen’s servants are going to do everything they can to free her. With massive amounts of ecchi, the premise is ridiculous but strangely entertaining.
Over Rev
Think Initial D with girls and you get Over Rev. Currently ongoing with 31 volumes, I don’t see why Over Rev doesn’t have an anime yet. Like Initial D, even anime fans that usually aren’t into racing can get into this series. The demographic for this kind of show is definitely there.
Pretty Face
Delinquent guy likes girl. Girl secretly likes guy. Guy becomes a girl. If that isn’t enough to capture your interest then check your pulse. You may be dead. This manga is genuinely funny and has enough material for a 24-26 episode run. I really want to see Pretty Face get an anime.
The World That Only God Knows
Keima Katsuragi is the self-proclaimed god of bishoujo games; He knows everything there is to know about dating sims. His world is flipped upside down when the demon, Elsie, enlists his help and binds him to a contract to help her catch evil spirits. Now he must apply his game knowledge to capture the hearts of real girls, which subsequently forces out the evil spirits hiding in the girls’ hearts, thus allowing Elsie to capture them.
I have to thank Meu for introducing this manga to me because it’s awesome. It’ll probably be a year or two before this relatively new manga has enough content to be animated. I predict there’s a high chance for this to get an adaptation.

My Balls is amazing. Make it an OVA, TV series, movie, whatever, as long as the magic comes to life.
Pretty Face is something I would also like to see animated.
As for the Gundam… I agree that Turn A was the last good Gundam to come out (of course, I would have to admit that Turn A is probably my favorite Gundam series). Ecole du Ciel would definitely be interesting to see in anime form.
Wouldn’t mind Enchanter just based on seeing some Eukanaria action.
Actually, ecchi types of manga need to stay on manga form. We’ve had enough of good ecchi mangas turns out to be bad anime adaptations. Ecchi mangas is better kept because it has no worries about time limit, the un-uniformity of manga chapter’s length would make it hard to turn into anime, unless the mangaka already take it into consideration and write it properly. If forced into anime adaptations, it would almost surely break the whole series.

Day: I love Ecole’s beautiful art and illustrations. It would be a treat to see it get animated.
Super rats: Mmmmm. Eukanaria.
Kresnik: I don’t expect ecchi manga adaptations to be great. I’ve seen my fair share of adaptations that paled compared to their original manga. It’s just nice to see a series you like get animated, especially since it’s fun to see how seiyuu play the roles of the characters.

Animexploit: Mirai Nikki didn’t appeal to me too much, but I bet that it will get an adaptation after it gets some more content.

The manga is so genuine and besides the two main female characters, Yuna and Rina are so full of characters and their artwork is also splendid. I fell in love with both of them at first sight! YES, I concur with you that Pretty Face should be made into an anime. The ironic part of the anime and manga world is that worthless manga are made into anime while those truly magnificent manga are left untouched by the anime world. Therefore, I truly hope that Pretty Face can be made into an anime. If yes, I will be the 1st to purchase it ignoring the price.
It will be a great fun to watch anime of your list of manga. I’ll make sure to read these must have manga.
