Now is as good a time as any to talk about two upcoming Haruka Nogizaka figures. Figure makers Clayz and Toys Works are anticipating that the fans love Haruka, because both companies have figures slated for release very soon. Did they jump the gun though? Perhaps. Release details and pictures after the jump.
The 1/8 scale Clayz figure will retail for 5800 yen this August.
Toys Works’ 1/8 scale Haruka will retail for 6800 yen this September.
The Clayz figure is the superior offering and has a lower price. I’m really not too confident about Toys Works and their build quality either. However, both have fanservice in spades if that’s your thing. I still think they’re pretty pricey, but if you’ve fallen for Haruka after one episode and simply must have a figure of her, Clayz is probably the way to go. If you’re more of the patient type, there may be even better figures later if the anime is popular enough.

Hauuuuu so cute! I preordered the Clayz Haruka a few weeks ago!! So cute! So much cuter than the Toys Works. The Clayz one just has a more Haruka-chan face, the TW’s just doesnt look right…. AND the clays one has the Bikini from the title sequence!!! But the TW’s has a very cute outfit, but quality-wise, I’m not that sure…

@Meimi: I prefer the maid outfit over the swimsuit, but I would stay far away from anything made by Toys Works.
