Hot on the the heels of Panther (not really), I’ve hit the 100k hits milestone. Actually as of this post the stat counter is at about 102,000 hits, so the 100k mark probably came earlier in the week. If I really wanted to get technical, Wolf Hurricane hit the 100k mark months ago with some odd 30k hits from my Wordpress hosted blog… But that doesn’t count… Or does it?
This post is somewhat belated because I’ve been lazy lately and neglecting my writing duties. Most of that has to do with the holiday season and oversleeping everyday, which leaves me in no mood to write or even check the blog some days. Pretty bad for a blogger to admit this kind of stuff eh? I’ll prod myself into action soon enough with the upcoming Winter 2009 Anime Impressions and some other animu catch up posts. I’ll be around in some way, shape or form until then.
Anyway, thanks for all the hits everyone! Here’s to another 100k.

Yamcha: I know it’s tempting to add to the backlog for the Index episodes but
Me: Actually, I’m going off tomorrow again.
Me: To Singapore.
Yamcha: You should meet up with those weird guys from Team Blue.
Me: Aww heww naww.
——————
Or something to that effect.
Four days later, and I’m back again. Whew.
Yes, I went to Orchard Road, you nuts. It has convinced me that Singaporeans are fruitier in the head than a fruitcake on Christmas Eve.
P.S. I stayed at Woodlands with some relatives.
P.S.2. Pedestrians having right-of-way is empowering.
P.S.3. Your games and books here are bloody cheap. I hate you guys. On another note, what is WRONG with you people and your food prices?!
P.S.4. The Kinokuniya in TSC is the most amazing thing ever.
With that, Meu out.

A wise man once said, “Screw the yules, I have money!” (Check the Christmas Special), so I shall heartily screw the yules this year. So uh anyway, have a Merry Christmas and all that. I’ll be relaxing with some animu, games and hentai. Hope everyone has a good one and takes it easy! Now for my favorite Christmas song. Enjoy~

Episode 10:
Yusaku overhears Ryuji and Taiga’s plan to scare Minori and agrees to help them. Yusaku leads the group into a local cave rigged with ’scary’ traps. While briefly separated from the group, Ami does a psuedo confession to Ryuji and says that she would be best suited to him as an equal compared to Taiga and Minori.

Ghosts, ghouls and goblins don’t generally march across TV screens after October, but that’s about to change thanks to the second half of FUNimation Entertainment’s R1 DVD release of the 2006/2007 series Ghost Hunt.
This review covers Part 2 of the FUNimation DVD set, which includes episodes 14 through 25 of the 25-episode series. (A review of Part 1, which was released in October, is available here.)

Another school semester has come to an end, and I’ve gained a short respite from the drudgery of essays and tests. Instead of catching up on animu like I planned to though, something else has occupied my attention. That something would be the sheer gaming ecstasy known as Valkyria Chronicles. It has utterly consumed me. I’ve pushed aside everything on my watchlist to play this incredible game, including Clannad which I so dearly love and religiously watch. Sorry Clannad, I’ll get around to you… Eventually. At any rate, let’s talk about Valkyria for a bit.

This post should have been up a couple weeks ago at the true midseason mark, but despite being way, way behind I still want to do this post. I dropped quite a few shows from the fall impressions post, but eight shows have survived my watchlist, which is actually surprising since I usually watch four new shows each season. After the jump I do some ranting on Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka, Chaos;Head, Clannad, ef – a tale of melodies, Kannagi, To Aru Majutsu no Index, Toradora and Liptia Teatania Tytania.

Your friendly Wolf Hurricane DVD critic is back from a long hiatus with a piping-hot review of Kadokawa/Bandai’s limited-edition R1 DVD release of the 2006 animated film Toki o Kakeru Shoujo (The Girl Who Leapt Through Time).
