It could be fun like Samurai Champloo, if it doesn't get too bogged down in medieval politics or game lingo that's "for the fans". Asuka Cryin' looks like another generic "school kids w/ superpowers and mechs" story, otherwise known as utterly forgettable fluff. I might've liked that kind of thing 10 years ago, but I'll probably pass. Sengoku Basara looks like ridiculous samurai-action fare.
