When I heard that BONES had actually done a movie, I was like, how on earth did I miss this? And after watching it, I must say, did I miss the hype for this movie or something? Because I hardly heard anything about it, but as a wise man would put it: Sword of the Stranger is nothing short of a masterpiece.

Words are lost to me.

Having watched Soul Eater, I can pretty much safely say that BONES has really outdone themselves here. The 3D looks snappy, and the various crazy angles get so much love. The design style also has a whole lot going for it. It’s hard to think of anything that’s not OVA-level and above with this sort of animation.

It’s a pity then, that it’s all gonna be wasted on something that’s not even finished in Manga form, as opposed to, say, another Eureka Seven. Still, the first episode was pretty amusing, so I might keep this on my loadroll for now.

…Why the heck is that kid always drooling, anyway?

No, seriously, half the time I don’t know why I like this show, but I do. It’s like sugar or something. Maybe crossaints and pie. Cinnamon cake pudding ginko mayo lemon salad margeri-I digress. If you like Code Geass and haven’t watched it, what are you doing? Direct Downloads are dime-a-dozen on Google. If you don’t like Code Geass, well that’s fine too. Like cats. Zing.

If anyone’s wondering, no, only half my hyperactivity is due to Code Geass R2. The other half is a caffeine high - It’s 1:31 AM here as of this post, and I’m downing tinned mocha lattes. It’s all that’s keeping me up, really.

Been playing Digital Devil Saga 2 again recently. I really like the game, but really, leveling to get all the mantras can be so tedious sometimes. When I looked at this picture, I went, “Weaksauce. That’s probably not even a quarter of my count.”

It’s some sort of cube-ball thing. Kinda cool. The finished product looks more like a cube, then you unfurl some of the trappings and voila - It becomes this.

P.S. - This is the only set of pictures of my desktop taken so far. Yes, that is a Dell and an Orange Box mousepad which I got for free with the, well, the Orange Box.

Well, what can I say? The past few weeks (More like, month(s)) have been a blitz of gaming and all sorts of stuff. Stuff like the Orange Box (Damn Portal and it’s damn addictingness, also damn it’s impossible achievements) and, well, Bioshock.
