…It was worth it.

That being said, it’s funny that Kanbaru does a very good job of filling up Senjougahara’s absence. I’d never expected it, but hey, it works. Actually, you could kick out that overrated yandere and it’d make the show 1000x better. As for the episode itself, it was alright, but as the title says, the presentation left a lot to be desired, as it ended up being a lot of still shots and frames for a large portion of the episode.

Well, the last arc looks to be Tsubasa Cat, which is 2 episodes aired on TV and 3 episodes off the website. ’tis a pity, I was waiting for the Koyomi Vampire arc. Oh well, I guess I can’t complain since the show is popular enough to warrant a second season.

Pen + Eyeball = ???

Ah, our troubled stationery wielding princess, Senjougahara. Even though your arc is already over you continue to capture our hearts in each episode with your backhanded compliments and snide remarks towards Ararararagi.

What started as a mere infatuation on both sides is blossoming into a genuine (and very unique) relationship. The Love-Hate relationship between Senjougahara and Araragi has been clicking on all cylinders so far. More importantly it’s been genuinely convincing and entertaining. On one hand, Senjougahara is smitten by the dense but altruistic boy that saved her from the dire fate she resigned herself to. On the other hand, she’s an insecure, possessive girl that flips faster than an American SUV speeding down a Japanese mountain pass as evidenced by *ahem*

We Rabu You Too. Also, I came.

As part of the “Senjougahara Fascination Movement” for Bakemonogatari’s wildly popular stationery wielding tsundere, we’re rolling out with a Senjougahara header, courtesy of Panzer over at The Deathseeker. While the lovely Senjougahara hijacks the header space, the Clannad girls will be temporarily out of commission for fear of being assaulted with a stapler.
